- Wanting a confidential 'sounding board' to talk through and clarify important personal learning and development issues
- Coaching clients
At DTC there is no set formula/model for coaching. We will use the processes that are right for you. The only givens are that there are clearly defined goals at the start and that we restrict the sessions to about four so as not to build up coach dependency.
We also believe that supervision for our coaches is important for both our clients and for our coaches.
