Isobel Heaton was Founding Director of Assessing Success Ltd. (ASL), a business that grew initially from her desire to model best practice in training evaluation with the DTC client base.

ASL now stands as a separate company providing an assessment and evaluation software service that enables l&d practitioners to gather data for cost benefit analysis and RoI.

DTC uses the ASL system to evaluate most of its' interventions. DTC also offers specialist training and consultancy in Evaluation.
